Honda Mobilityland's Health Management

President and Representative Director
Tsuyoshi Saito
We embrace the Honda Group’s shared Basic Principle of “Respect for the Individual,” respecting and valuing the individuality of each and every employee.
We believe that for Honda Mobilityland to achieve its aim of “delivering real, inspiring experiences to all our customers,” it is essential for employees to remain healthy in both body and mind and continue working with energy and enthusiasm.
To this end, we will actively promote "health and productivity management" by creating a workplace where each employee can fully demonstrate their abilities and by raising awareness of health promotion.
The President serves as the chief executive responsible for health and productivity management, while relevant departments work together to establish a framework that supports employees' health promotion.
We will advance our health management initiatives while valuing a company culture that enables each employee to become more health-conscious and take a positive approach to their well-being.
